Prepping for the Catamount Steamboat Ski Marathon.   9:00 Start for 20km and 40km skiers   Catamount is a fantastic venue for ski racing. Here are a few tips to help you out: Catamount is mostly flat to moderate in terrain and that means LOTS of V2 and V2 alternate and no pole skating.  V2 is by far the most important technique to master.  In my opinion, Marcus Hellner has the best skating technique in the world.  The best way to learn is to watch the best and try to copy them.  Here...
