Race Description:

This is a low key Orienteering event held in conjunction with the North Routt Coureur des Bois, but open all comers and all ski levels.
Event will be at the Steamboat Ski Touring Center.  Meet in the cafe area of the touring center at 10:00 AM.
Learn or fine tune your map reading, compass and navigational skill.
Contact Bob Ellis of the Rocky Mountain Orienteering Club for technical questions.
The web site has great information and links to instructionals, equipment information, maps and more.
Instruction will take about 30 minutes and on-snow event time will be between 30-60 minutes.
