Racing: A racer may not bodily interfere or otherwise intentionally impede another racers progress. Unsportsmanlike behavior and/or use of profane or abusive language will not be tolerated. Short cutting of a racecourse is not allowed. At the sole discretion of the Race Director, racers may be issued a warning or disqualified for a violation of any of the series rules. ___________ initial |

Protests: Protests regarding race results will be accepted by the Race Course Director until the end of the next business day following a race. Race results will be final 24 hours after the completion of the race. ___________ initial |

Race Divisions: Racers are solely responsible for knowing which race division they are entered in and the start time for their specific race division. Racing age for all racers will be the racers age as of December 31, 2006. ___________ initial |

Refunds: If the race is cancelled prior to 3/17/2006, the racer will receive a full refund of their registration fee. If the race is cancelled due to weather concerns on race day the racer will receive a 50% credit toward the 2007 NRCD or a 50% credit toward a seasons pass for the Nordic Challenge Race Series in 2006-2007. ___________ initial |
